The shipping date is determined case-by-case, as stated on the order confirmation. Cost of shipping is included in listed prices online; UPS Standard Service.
An order is completed once stated as confirmed by email, and the start-up fee has been completed, either directly through our checkout page with credit card, or against a separate invoice (bank wire).
The prices shown online excludes VAT (sales tax). Whether VAT will be added on the invoice depends on the buyer's location and legal construct.
Workwear Studio does not in any way control any import proceedures nor can be held accountable for additional costs referring to import, such as any additional fees or taxes related to imports outside EU.
The prices shown are the current prices, which we reserve the right to change at any time without further notice.
Card payments are handled over secure connections with our payment service provider, Shopify Payments, and no credit card information is passed further beyond.
Made to order items are non-refundable unless an item has been damaged before or during delivery, or there there has been some other mistake by our account.
If your package is damaged when being delivered, it needs to reported to the courier on sight.
If you for any reason would like to return or exchange a purchased item, please report to us through e-mail or telephone within 14 days from delivery.
