If you for any valid reason would like to return or exchange a purchased item, please report to us through e-mail or telephone within 14 days from delivery.

Custom made articles are non-refundable unless the item (s) has been damaged before or during delivery, or if there're any quality issues relating to the production of the order. 

If your package is damaged when being delivered, it needs to reported to the courier on sight.
